• This ticket must be redeemed within 14 days of the issue date printed on the ticket you received.
• To redeem The Crown, please complete the contact form below and quote the issue date and unique code on your ticket. We will then contact you and guide you onto the next steps.
• This ticket may only be redeemed once.
• The Crown may be redeemed by the recipient or gifted to a friend.
• The complimentary wig includes standard cap sizing only. Bespoke cap sizing is not included within this reward.
• Once the wig specifications have been confirmed and the wig has entered production, design specifications cannot be changed.
• Depending on the cap construction selected, the production time will be approximately 12–20 weeks.
• This ticket holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other service.
• BLB reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the ticket prior to redemption.
