Securing Your Booking
Bookings are subject to a deposit payment. Please note, deposits for all services are non-refundable.
Should you wish to purchase a wig, your deposit will be taken off the total amount. This is for Consultations and 'Try before you buy' appointments only.
Once your private booking has been secured, an email confirming your appointment will be sent out as an invoice. This invoice will include information about your booking, time and location.

House Rules
You are welcome to attend your appointment with loved ones for support. If children are to be present, they must be accompanied by an additional adult at all times. There is a play park, cinema, cafes and country walks on the estate should your little ones need to run off some energy.
Pets are not allowed in the studio except guide/assistance dogs.
Other Companies Wigs
If you are using another companies wig for an install, we will need the wig to be sent to us 7 days prior to your appointment so we can see if additional customisation is required.
Late Fees
All bookings are based on a tight schedule. We allow a 15 minute grace period. Should you be 20-30 minutes late, a late fee of £30 will be applied.
A £10 fee is added for every 10 minutes late.
If you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.
Our studio is located on Castle Street, perfectly positioned between the main A-road running through Totnes and the top of the town centre. This central and convenient location makes it very easy to reach whether you are travelling by car or public transport. Being just a short walk from the heart of town also means that many of Totnes’ lovely cafés, independent shops and local amenities are right on our doorstep. For those travelling by train, the studio is also conveniently located just a short walk opposite from Totnes train station, making it easily accessible for visitors arriving from further afield.
Totnes itself is a beautiful and historic market town in the heart of Devon, known for its welcoming community and unique character. Nestled along the River Dart, the town is celebrated for its charming streets, vibrant markets, independent boutiques and historic buildings.

Our Wig Collection Appointment offers you a dedicated 15-minute time slot, free of charge, for clients collecting their custom wig orders. This quick and efficient session is designed solely for the purpose of handing over your wig and ensuring it meets your expectations upon collection.
Please note that this appointment is limited to wig collection only. For consultations, adjustments, or any further services, please book a separate appointment.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best lace wig fitting experience, ensuring that your new wig not only fits perfectly but looks flawless and natural. If you’re collecting your custom order or a wig purchased from us, we can provide an installation service to help you walk out feeling confident and ready to wear your new look.
This service includes:
- Lace Cutting
- Glueless Wig Install
- Adhesive Wig Install (Glue or Tape)
- Cut & Styling
Client Notice: We primarily work with hair loss clients; however, we warmly welcome everyone who uses wigs. If you have hair, please arrive with clean and pre-braided hair to ensure a smooth installation process. Should you wish for an install on a wig from another company, we kindly ask for the wig to be sent to us 7 days prior to your install appointment, so we can assess if any customisation is needed.
Note: Hair washing and braiding services will soon be available as additional options.
We warmly recommend all clients book a private 1:1 consultation with our expert team before placing a customised wig order. This exclusive two-hour session is a fully personalised experience, designed to explore your vision in detail — whether you're creating a bespoke wig from scratch or considering our 'Try Before You Buy' option.
During your appointment, we’ll take precise head measurements and walk you through cap constructions, styles, lengths, densities, cuts, and colour options to ensure the final design is a flawless match for both comfort and confidence.
To secure your appointment, a £60 deposit is required. While this deposit is non-refundable, it will be deducted from the total cost should you proceed with your order. This is your moment to feel truly understood — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
As part of our commitment to safety and exclusivity, no wig designs are stored in our studio overnight. They are only brought in for scheduled sessions.
